Our catering company has been creating memorable events in the valley for over sixteen years. We pride ourselves in planning your event to be perfect and exactly what you envision. Our menus are written for each event individually. We listen to your likes and dislikes, your theme for the party and any other ideas you have and then we plan your party based on those things.
We have a full staff of chefs, kitchen help, bartenders and servers who provide only the most professional service for you and your guests.

We can handle events from two people to hundreds of people.

When we arrive at your home, our staff begins set up and doesn't stop providing impeccable service until the last dishes are done and guests go home. IDAHO THEMED PARTIES
One of our favorite events to plan are those that center around Idaho. There are so many foods that are inherently "Idaho".
We will plan a menu that includes salmon, trout, morels, Idaho potatoes, Idaho organic lamb, Hagerman fruits and vegetables, Idaho wines

PICNICS

WESTERN BBQ
Treat your friends and family to a real old fashioned western barbeque. Our ribs melt in your mouth. Our fried chicken is just like Mamma used to make. Add coleslaw, baked beans, homemade corn muffins and biscuits with honey butter and this party is startin' to swing. Then top it off with a peach and berry cobbler and homemade ice cream - ooooh it doesn't get much better than this!! Of course the menu can include anything else you like. We like to be completely flexble when planning any event.

PIG ROAST
These are always a BLAST! We bring our special pig roasting box to your event site and roast the pig there. The unveiling is always so fun and the meat is cooked perfectly. Pair it up with coleslaw, potato salad, full moon salad, corn muffins and brownies and boy do you have a party to remember.
