Brian and Sue Ahern, chef owners of Full Moon Steakhouse and Catering, met at culinary school in Philadelphia in 1989. The couple relocated to the Wood River Valley shortly thereafter and the rest is history. They have been dishing up the finest food at their restaurant in Bellevue and at catered affairs all over the valley ever since.
